It's been a long time since I've shared any news recently. My personal life has been crazy and school's back in session, so I thought it was time to give you an update of what's coming up.
O.L.I.V.E.R And Me DEMO: 20%
I remember in my latest article when I said that I would probably release the demo by the beginning of February. At least, that's what I hoped. This game and what I want to tell in it has changed several times. I always felt like I wasn't completely satisfied with what I was wanting to tell and how I was telling it. This was supposed to be a text adventure, but now it's become a full-pledged project. This is the biggest project I've dealt with and I now realize that it's hard to keep promises in the indie gaming industry.
So I've made my mind: The demo will probably not release in February. If I have to delay it a million times, that's what I'll have to do. This isn't to be a troll. This is for the people I am making this game for.
Voice Actors: 80%
The one reason I love this project so much is because I've wanted voice actors for the game. It's the best way to make this story come to life. I've got everyone I need and now I'm beginning to work on the voicelines. I can't announce who's helping me yet, but you'll get some clues when the demo comes out.
