No male heroes is a news game exploring facts and myths behind the misogyny discussion raging in the gaming community. The main character is Neil, a male gamer trying to gain recognition in a parallel reality where gender roles in society and media are reversed: It’s all about female heroes and princelings in distress.

Our #Newsgame "NoMaleHeroes" is released!

By telling a story with gender reversed roles, the short newsgame for PC is relating to the #Gamergateand the sexism debate triggered by the “Tropes vs. Women in Video Games“ series from #AnitaSarkeesian. News games aim to entertain and to offer a fresh perspective on important topics.
