King's Conflict v0.259 - bugfixes and tweaks file

A few minor bug annoying bugs fixed - and a couple of balance changes. 0.259 - Fixed bug that didn't update region control properly in some circumstances after playing commands - Fixed bug that resulted in live units with 0 health after certain commands were played - Hopefully fixed bug that sometimes left info card for a dead unit up. I cannot reproduce this problem, so can't 100% guarantee it's fixed - please report if it still occurs. - Scouts improved to 2 attack (from 1), cost decreased from 15 to 10 - Training camp cost reduce to 25 from 35, peasant militia increased in health from 1 to 2. Old costs and statistics still apply in the tutorial though. Download and enjoy! It is (and always will be) free.
