After years of set backs, personal issues (bad back, getting married, etc), I finally was able to get Drop It: Block Paradise out for the Wii U in North America as well as finished the first build of the Android version and is now on the Google Play store!

This game is physics based puzzle game that features 5 worlds with 150 levels total to play. The goal of each level is to remove different blocks to help guide the main object, the Star, to the ground safely. Plenty of unlocks and extra features to boot.

If you are curious why I decided to release a game for the Wii U this late in the game (December 25th, 2019). Here is a good explanation of why:

Ready to be released in 2017, Nitnendo EU Lotcheck passed it, but NOA Lotcheck found a critical bug with the level editor / online mode that would crash the system, NOE missed this. So that held it up quite a lot. So EU version got released. But not North America. While I tried a few times to fix the issue, I didn't have much luck. At same time, in the Fall, I was getting married, so my time started become less and less focused. Eventually ran out of time and kinda gave up, but not 100%.

By fall of 2018, I started to get the idea to try again. This time since Miiverse/online for EU version never was used, I decided to remove the online & level editor features. I started work a little bit, even dangled into Mobile/PC version a bit. But, during last year's New Years (2018/2019) trip, I ended up having a Herniated Disk in my spine. So, that began 2019, not with a bang, not with a whimper, but with a long painful year long battle battle with horrible pain going down my right leg.

After hitting rock bottom around July, I finally was able to truly start to recover and begin to regain some of my lost freedom. Then, sometime in August, I thought to my self: What if, what if I can actually get it out for North America? In the last 2 years, it's been in the back of my mind that I always regretted not getting the game out for all to enjoy. So, I sought out if I could. And after a few submissions, I got it approved.

So finally this game I've been working on since around 2015 is finally out! I'm finally excited for people to play it. :)
