Since the in game character jumps automatically, depending on the run (not when you press a button jump), it is necessary to clarify what is a "running start" ;) The fact is that in order to run and jump you need three or more blocks. What are these blocks are shown in the image:
in the second case, a run does not work, because the first block of spikes shut.
