Bardadum : the kingdom roads is a puzzle video game setting in a humoristic medieval world for iOS, Androïd, Window Phone 8 and XBLIG.
The game is simple, accessible, only based upon the player common sense and observation.
Here is how the project has started.
This is the early concepts for the game's characters.
And quick tests to know what the levels could look like.
You'll see Bardadum's world is full of sweet animated characters! Here is an example of the kind of animation we could use. But the process to create such animation is probably too time consuming for this project, we have to find a more optimized way to anime our characters.
And finaly we have to keep in mind what's our quest with this game :
-No text, nor explanatory nor narrative, except from menus.
-Build for tactile controls.
-Progressive difficulty over 500 levels split in 4 worlds.
