We've implemented a sigil system that allows certain clothing items to display a unique picture (called a sigil). There are a few generic sigils you can buy, but more importantly you can buy a "custom sigil" that allows you to upload any picture to use on your characters.
Sigils you buy will be available across all your characters, even newly created ones, but you'll have to go to the sigil vendor to change which sigil is displayed on your character. The uploaded image must be 64 X 64 and a .png or a .tga file, preferably with transparency around the boarder so that it blends in the clothes nicely.
The hover information box has also been fixed so that it stretches and the text is actually on it now.
As a final note, that was the first voice recording I've ever done.
