Updated Public Test Build - 06/07/2013 file

Not been working on it today as much as I did yesterday, but I got what I think is a substantial amount done. Most of the work done today was refining and bug fixing. But it's still very important and the game plays much better now.

# Redid the method of ceiling and floor slope collision. Solved those bugs I referred to last update.
# Refined some back end code for the player physics component by removing repeated code from the movement physics component and making the player physics a proper extension of the moment physics component.
# Moved the box opening code out of the player physics component into a component of its own ( I know I know, bad me for putting it there in the first place ).
# Changed some enemies in the showcase level to rapier pirates.
+ Collision with tiles while on moving platform. Blocks can push you off moving platforms and even kill you if you get sandwiched underneath.
