As far as I can tell all the changes are visual. To tell the truth I am not sure what else Sphyncter did, but I bet it's good.

He added a lot of book-shelves and some nice tables. That's what I saw.

I do not believe he i making a third version, so this is, I assume the last release of Cathedral.

Might I suggest that you hole up in the gazebo i find that strategy very effective just like on stronghold.
