This is the last version for EU3 v1.3. Please refer to the install instructions on the PI forum, TN thread.
please keep in mind that this is a Beta version of the mod. It will probably have more bugs than version 3.21. This version is also going to have very little support by the Terra Nova Mod Team because we are focused on the new expansions and because it is so hard to remember all the code that did not exist (and thus doesnt work) in this older version (with no expansions).
