Thanks to 17blue17 and Blist for working on the positions file and some interface and other edits by myself, we finaly have a full release. It will most likely be somewhat unbalanced and have some bugs but im hoping no CTD.

For some reason the cache was left out of the last beta but until Paradox fixes things it needs to be included in the beta download and the instructions need to clearly state to copy the entire map directory over the main game. People should of course make a backup copy of the main game in case they want to play something else.
