RGMCustceneMaker for v4 is a tool for importing cutscenes in your RGM v4 games.
Here's how you use it:
Download RGM Cutscene Maker;
Make your cutscenes (resolution should be 320x200 for one page, 320x400 for two, 320x600 for three and so on);
Name cutscene files like this: Pic_1_2.png (1 is the number of gamepak, 2 is the number of a level);
Open the Cutscene Maker;
Tap "make a custcene file";
Select your cutscene pictures;
You will get a file named cs.pak. This is the file with cutscenes.
Move it to your game's directory and now your game will have cutscenes in it.
