The HQ 1.4.2 patch will allow either the original beta or HQ Final release playable on quake4 patched to 1.4.2. Please follow the read me file's directions. This patch should be applied after installing HQ final build if you having wrong dll errors messages when trying to start HQ in q4 1.4.2.
