Preparation for Chaos file

To start the game, simply open main.exe file. Or if you want to run the source code via python then go to githun repo and download the source code, requirement and run main.py. Right now player can control both sides since no AI is implemented yet. The error report will be created in the file name:error_report if the game crash.
