Hey, thanks for looking into the first public Demo of PiratesOTSS. This is a feature demo showcasing most of the already implemented features focused on battles. Meaning there is now such thing as a learning curve, just complexity from the start and a non self explaining buggy UI. Balancing is also a thing totally not done yet. The finished game is going to contain a larger navigation map and randomized local area maps to navigate on. This part isn't ready and will be the next milestone. A more detailed overview on planned features and how the final game is going to look like will be published over the next weeks in form of a number of articles here on indie DB.
