Can't enter tournaments.There's simply no option to do so.

That's not really an explanation...
Taverns stopped working for me. Can't enter them. Used to sell slaves to Ramun in Tihr (These are tough times, ok? What else can a dwarf do to support a large army, now that the tournaments are out?) Now I can't do it anymore, char is currently frozen.
Everything else is great, by the way! I'm enjoying my dwarf cleric/fighter of Moradin perhaps a little too much. Super fun.
Everyone seems to miss tourneys, but I dunno why you guys even want to do tourneys in this mod. lots of better ways to make money. You can use the crafting and harvesting system to make money after you train the skills, or you could pick bard, which is basically free money, morale, RTR and renown as you travel from town to town. Using the village specialties helps to make a good trading profit. Evil characters can of course just get rich after a couple raids. I never had a huge problem getting money at a decent rate in this mod.
Or just kill stuff and sell the loot and prisoners, like usual. This mod makes it easier to start out without need to grind for money, if you picked a cleric or paladin for instance you can solo small groups alone and make the same money from a few battles that a tourney would net you. If you're just gonna grind tourneys like in vanilla native, you're missing the point of this mod imo.
Anyway, all that aside, great job once again Phosphor, thanks for all the hard work bringing back this mod! Haven't had time to play a lot yet for this version but haven't noticed any bugs or anything yet, will report if I find anything.
There's an issue with lords (not) returning after losing battles. Someday when I am not behind on work studies I hope to compare the early B3 or B5 versions with current code and figure out what went wrong and find a better third alternative. "Soon" tm
Thanks for the kind words though. I view this mod as sort of a technology test and dont really even try to make everything normal "possible". I want to be able to do CERTAIN things differently and those are really what the mod is for. If I just want tournaments and quests, I wouldn't play a mod still in alpha development. But if you want something other mods don't have -- well thats what an unfinished mod like this one is all about. Nobody ever said it was done. It just focused on the things it needed to do, not everything and the kitchen sink. Its been a 1 man show for at least 13 months. It could be worse, but its not perfect and its not even pretending to have everything every other mod has. I personally dont use tournaments, or for that matter quests, except to get married. The fact lords go missing irks me mainly because I cant ask them about their daughters, although I can at least make a female toon and get hitched to a female if I ask nicely (or enable cheat menu just before talking...). There is more that you CAN do here so I don't anymore take personally anyone's qvetch about all they CAN'T do. They can play native, for instance. Nobody pays me if they play this mod instead of another one -- so I work for the few people that are happy to do something different. And especially ones that dont give me heartburn over a free mod. Especially now that I finally had a real job hire me, for like the first time in 15 years. I need to not lose that, and gaming has to take a distant third place.
Having said that, I'm hoping to get 3 hours in tomorrow morning. Maybe its enough to solve the lords go missing issue -- which, if you think about it, does make for a fast playing campaign...
If got the problem that nomatter what I do as a necromancer, I cant summon any unit... not in the camp menue, not after battles.
Anyone got an idea on how to fix it?
Assuming you really did start as a necromancer class, you need close to 100% health, which comes back very slowly if you're a lich, and generally 2 days should have passed since your last attempt, to prevent spamming an army. After battles the raising of dead is automatic, and not tied to your necromancer count down timer or health.
Use your necromancer skills is at the camp menu. You only see that option if you are correctly marked as a necromancer; that means editing necromancy skill with a text editor doesnt make you an instant necromancer. You wont pass the test. I dont have much respect for text edited characters, and its my mod, my rules. So you fall into one of the above categories. Characters that actually start the game as necromancers can do the above; characters that try to trick the system cant.
I have a Problem with the Necromancer skill, it is not listed in my skills at all so i cant enhance it. I started as a Necromancer and the skill is working, in the exported character text file it is listed, but not at my characters screen.
Working as intended.
It still boggles my mind why you thought this was a change needed or wanted, I've only heard complaints about it.
Hello, I am having a graphical issue in the character creation where the background is black and the character description is blank and also partially covering the scroll bar that scrolls through your skills. I made sure to install the full version of .156 and the patches on top of that, I am uncertain what I may be doing wrong and was hoping for some assistance if and when you have the time. Thank you for the great mod!
I thought I should add how I have been installing the files. I install the zip folder, and move the file into modules starting with Phantasy v156 full B8b, then replacing the files from patchv156b9 and repeating the process with your newest patch v156b11. I have tried also doing the full and going straight to v156b11 but that didn't seem to work either.

I'd honestly like to know why you thought it was a good idea to remove necromancy and replace it with starting as a lich, the whole lichdom process was part of the fun in the first place. Not only that, but the option to simply be a necromancer and not a full-on lich was pretty cool too.
What file do I download for this patch?
Do I just put it into the phantasy calradia folder for it to work?
Hello you get stuck in the settlements after treating an epidemic there, you click leave and it doesnt do it, that'll need fixing
Also, when I win battles I still lose morale instead of gaining it, even with low casaulties
Also, remove the dodge attacks **** or give us an option to disable it, its obnoxious and ruins fights

Magical gear is not working for me. Neither the magic modifier gear, nor the gear with special effects from the Four Ways Inn. Spells are working, though, so I don't think there is a setting issue?
Edit: I reverted to the last patch, and gear is working again, now. Hopefully I wont run into any of the problems the latest patch fixed.
If anyone knows how I can get magical gear to work in the latest version of the game, I'm all ears!
Also, do staffs still modify magic? There is no note that they do. And has damage from AOEs been reduced? My fireballs seem much less effective than they used to be, in full archmage gear with necro staff, with 10 magic power, my fireballs mostly do damage in the tens and twenties. Could gear magical modification possibly not be working?
I guess I just remember magic in this mod as more powerful than it is. Anyways, great work, I love it :)
