OGS Mahjong tools 1.0.1 (windows) file

Changes in 1.0.1:

• Layout editor now has full support for KMahjong v1.1 format.
• Layout editor now has two color schemes: black-to-white and red-to-blue.
• Tileset builder has been added. You can use it to create your own tilesets. See the instructions inside the program.
• Lots of bugs were fixed.
