Description
Added the Beta quadrant races. Lyran have many more ships and tech related to their ships. Kzinti / Mirak have many ships added and some tech. Hydran have Ships and tech added tooo Gorn have som minor fixes and tech added. Ferengi Have tech added. Amazing Sprites from Atolm have made the bulk of the designs.
