This is the first full release of Napoleonic Wars++ Moddb Installation Guide: after you have finished downloading the mod open the Winrar file and drag the NW++ file into your modules file and overwrite anything it asks you to overwrite. no the dedicated servers are for people who want to host their own server but if you just want to join an existing server you don't require them.
