This is a simple ZIP file. To install it just unzip the contents out into where you would like the game to be. I do NOT recommended extracting it to the desktop. This game has many resources, and *temp files that can crowd up a desktop fast. However, inside the box's new "need help" button should make it even easier, and faster to start playing ASAP.
