We are in 2035, after World War III and IV. Millions of people have lost their lives and millions more are homeless. The radioactive exclusion zones are scattered around the globe in the combat areas. The reconstruction of order is very slow, making the people go through hunger and misery. The world is under threat of new wars and struggles to rebuild from the previous ones. In a terrifying scenario like this, totalitarian states emerge with a strong hand, forcing people to follow their strict rules. With power and technology, the central government orders an ultra-modern processing machine that will keep all citizens' data, making them all controlled by their records. Some citizens do not agree with this manipulation and begin to gather forming the rebel group that will fight to overthrow the central government.
