This update was more focused in the economy and demography of the country once it reaches it's intended extension. Also, a few more tricks to influence your hemisphere.
In this new version, i may have gotten too carried away, but still, i think you have to know how to play this country to get the most of this mod (i play my own mod A LOT, i know the perfect way to start which i won't tell to not ruin the fun and i still struggle to reach 2nd or 1st ranking by late game).
I added new decisions and modifiers.
The Northern Ejido System is a decision where you can encourage the immigration and POP growth in SOME PROVINCES in the north of Mexico (THIS DOES NOT MAKE MORE POPS MIGRATE TO YOUR COUNTRY, BUT THE ONES THAT DO SO, GO TO THESE PROVINCES, THE SAME WITH POP GROWTH). This of course angers the natives and basically any people there. Yes this is incredibly hipocrite, but i don't want to paint Mexico as a hero out of fantasy.
I also added a series of decisions that influence the US in a way that it gets separated into more countries.
In this mod i wanted to make it clear i don't want to make Mexico look like an angel in the world, and thus, some decisions and tweaks i added grant huge infamy penalties or just bad words towards Mexico especially, for example:
I added a decision to make the ACW inevitable, arguing how the US industrial power is so strong that not even Mexico can match it and that's why we (The player, Mexico) has to fund the southern insurgency.
That's pretty much it, i also fixed some bugs and changed some decisions locations.
