So question, how do you actually use the mod after downloading it? Infinite Plus seems like a great mod but it would be nice if there were some directions. Thanks!

I want to play this on my PC, do I download bluestacks, download the mod and total commander and do it there and then get back to my pc then play it or do I have to play it via Bluestacks ppsspp?

what are the diferences of next plus?
Different movelists, altered models,New stages, 1v3,3v1(Boss Battle), etc
