there is a new version for ck2. its 3.1.1. I also try the older version (3.1.0) but it still doesn't work for me
Use 3.1.0. What's your checksum when you run the mod? Supported checksum is written in the description of this file.

When I play the game the alliance is not the alliance. The name of the alliance is whichever kingdom is the leader, for example Kul Tiras.
There are two Alliances: centralized and decentralized. Decentralized Alliance works via tributaries, so all members are tributaries of leader. Centralized Alliance is just "Alliance" title with vassals.
