Expanded Universe 1.4 [SR 1.0.4.2] file

Epanded Universe has now reached version 1.4 and is fully (and only) compatible to Star Ruler 1.0.4.2. The biggest feature is a completely new shielding system which introduces a new way to play SR. Enjoy the many other new features, like Transfer Tools for Fuel, Ammo and Torpedos, a Remote Shield Recharger, Ore Processing Units, Ammo and Torpedo Fabricators and many more. Also new in this version is an alternative balancing regarding a vessels power generation, which makes it more exciting to design new ships. The AI has been boosted with new ship designs and especially the cheating AI will provide new challenges. Enjoy!
