6.) x10 Modifiers to Government Reforms

7.) x10 Modifiers to National Mission rewards that give any kind of buff/effect

8.) x10 Modifiers to Age Bonuses where Applicable

9.) x10 Modifiers to Custom Nation National Ideas

10.) x10 Modifiers to All Events, Missions, and Province modifiers
