I have nearly completed DMWv4.0 and made several additions.
Russia has been modified to reflect the Collective Security Treaty Organization, which conists of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Armenia. South Korea and Japan have been added to the United States faction, which matches the Chinese ownership of North Korea. I have removed the African faction from the mod. The United Kingdom is now the new sixth faction which now includes the United Kingdom, the Falkland Islands, and India. Also the soundtrack with the background music has been replaced with the main music theme from the 1995 film Crimson Tide.

Well I think what everyone needed was something entirely new. If you like naval battles, you will really love this mod since the addition of Hawaii (which was very painstaking for me to do) plus adding South Korea & Japan to the US faction most certainly sets the scene for a huge naval campaign in the Pacific, especially when you use all six factions, split into two teams.
