Cliffside tile set build 1.0.00 file

This mod adds a new tile set and prop set in TorchLight called CliffSide. This is an outdoor set for creating areas based around mountains, forest and water. Feel free to experiment with it, build your own custom dungeons with it and add different rulesets. Any questions, or problems related to it, please feel to contact me.
