In my hyperness to rip this out of HPM (because i had modded HPM) and insert it into its own mod, i had no idea how two mods working together worked, and ended up effectively deleting every single province modifier, crashing the game almost immediately... oddly enough, the first time i tried to get it to work, it had worked. Now it doesnt. Either way, i imported all the HPM province modifiers, and it seems to not crash the instant you start it. Sorry for the faulty mod. To install, plop both of these files into your mod folder in Vicky 2. To find this folder, in steam right-click the sidebar for Victoria 2, select Properties at the bottom, switch to tab Local Files, and hit Browse Local Files. Read description for help on what every decision does.
Summary of all cheats:
multiplies your current population by 1.5
lowers your infamy by 50. It's called badboy because that's what it's called in code.
gives every province 9999% assimilation. Doesn't work as well as you'd expect.
gives every province 9999% immigration. atleast as a newworld country, it gives you like 95% of immigrants.
gives every province 9999% immigration push. It's wonky, to say the least. Doesn't work as you'd expect; usually once in every blue moon 80% of pops in a province will decide to high tail it outta there.
every province gets the classic irish treatment. this is preferrable to dimmigration if you want a country to just loose all it's pops.
gives you a ton of research points, however it never seems to give you as much as it says it does.
kill_southerners: (US ONLY)
removes dixie as accepted culture.
kill_minorities (US ONLY)
removes afro-american as accepted culture.
kill_south_itals: (ITALY ONLY)
removes south itals as accepted culture.
kill_sok_minorities: (SOKOTO ONLY)
removes all accepted cultures from Sokoto. Which is four of them. Or five? i dont remember!
kill_quebecois: (CANADA ONLY)
