This mod is compatible with Warband 1.153-1.172. Extract the mod files into your Warband Modules folder. NOTE: If you are having trouble playing this mod in Warband 1.172, try Warband 1.168. This version is not save-game compatible with previous mod versions.

I went into the Black Khergit camp and found myself fighting my own party, with copies of my character (just standing, they dont fight) as my allies

And also the "red X on white background" banner cant be used. When I select it, my banner becomes the one beside(the red and orange one)

That is strange. It worked fine when I tested it. I will need to check into this.

I will check into the banners as well. I was fairly certain that the new banners were all working as intended.

Is it the Black Khergit camp in the starting quest or a camp that just spawns from time to time?

Not the starting quest, the one that can be "destroy bandit lair" quest.

The description of Entertain skill says it's a personal skill but it appears at party skills list (the one on the left when you press P). Is it working as intended?

Are the equipment choices of Custom Troops fixed across all cultures? I'm guessing yes. Is it possible to add a few things my self?

The custom troops have a wide array of equipment to choose from. They have a default load-out but you can change it by talking to the troop and looking at their equipment.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you are having issues with crashes during game-play, you might want to replace the mod's particle_systems.txt file with the one from Native Warband.

I made some changes to the particle systems that seem to be causing problems for certain PCs, including my own. I made the changes just prior to release and didn't have any issues with it at first but now do. The native particle_systems.txt file seems to fix the problems.
