+The update decreases the chance of AI providing gifts and increases by double the chance of receiving subsidies from friends and allies.
+An issue with 'reduce war exhaustion' was corrected from odp to 20dp
+The maximum income threshold has been increased 4x fold. Although initially I felt the previous version balanced the AI, it did curb great powers substantially. This fix will make great powers considerably more of a threat.
+Vassals need less that 25 liberty desire to be annexed.
+Lowered PP cost for coring (from 20 to 5 pp per development), coring costs were simply too high in the last version
