A collection of basic mods designed to overhaul all the factions within Battlezone 98: Redux. This collection seeks to improve upon some shortcomings in the base game, give some uniqueness to each faction's weapon arrays, or correct certain oversights!
A fairly simple Single Player mod that augments ALL pilots, increasing ammo, speed, and firepower. Original modifications were done in the unofficial "1.8 patch" and have now arrived in Workshop! Furthermore, I've upgraded it to be TRO compatable, as the original 1.8 was not meant to be used with TRO.
Note: This mod does not affect APC soldiers. Not even the speed boost. Just no. APCs are strong enough.
-Pilots now move faster. No chance of outrunning most bio-metal vehicles but returning to base is now less tedious!
-Pilot ammo capacity increased to 10 (pilots with ammo greater than 10 to begin with are unaltered)
-Standard Issue rifle is now more like a machine gun than the pea shooter you're supposed to "defend" yourself with
-Plasma Rifle overhauled! Fires explosive balls of plasma that do substantially more damage than the original. However it now consumes ammo

CRA Armament Overhaul:
This mod does a near complete overhaul of CRA weapon configurations, what weapons the armory can send, gun towers, and visuals.
-Added a slightly modified version of the infamous Cupric Stabber to the cannon section of all Armory Variants. Only modified to shorter range so you can't siege bases outside of gun tower range. (Don't worry. Your heavy tanks don't come stock with the modified version)
-Added the Green Splinter to all Armory Variants since for some reason the CRA never could use it (credit below)
-Blast cannon, Minigun, and Flash cannon all turned green when armed by armory or stock ships (credit below)
-Constructor's Gun Tower rearmed with long range flash cannon
-Turret guns renamed to "Heavy Minigun" and painted green
-Minigun fire rate doubled, but damage cut in half. DPS unchanged
-Returned ALL mortars to the Nuke Armory (CH01 variant). Not sure why these were removed so I put them back
-Removed Mas Grenade and Bolt Buddy from the Nuke Armory (CH01 variant). No one is really sure why these were there in the first place, and they're game breaking so I removed them.
While the files to fix erroneous descriptions are in the mod, the game does not load them. Nevertheless they are there in case a patch ever rolls out or if someone wants to use the corrected assets.

Black Dog Armament Overhaul
This mod does a near complete overhaul of Black Dog weapon configurations, what weapons the armory can send, gun towers, and visuals. This mod is 100% stackable with the Scarlet Git or Crimson Bastard retool mods.
-Painted all SP-Stabbers (except for Scarlet Git), Blasts, and Flash cannons blue, including armory drops
-Removed the Bolt Buddy and Mas Grenade from all Armory variants
-Returned mortars to Armory Variants that were missing them
-Overhauled and rearmed the Black Dog Wolverine, Thunderbolt, and Bobcat (stat changes below)
-Armed with custom Shadower to increase lock and fire speed by 30%, projectile speed +25%, ammo cost -20%
-Hornet replaced with Rocket Bomb
-Armor reduced to 2350 from 2500
-Ammo increased to 1400 from 1000
-Scrap cost increased to 8 from 7
-AI instructed to use both the Shadower and Rocket Bomb
-Hornet replaced with Sandbag
-AI instructed to use AT-Stabber and Sandbag
-Tag Cannon replaced with 2x Hornets
-Armor decreased to 2900 from 3000
-Ammo increased to 2100 from 1900

Stock Faction Armament Overhaul
This is a mod intended to tweak the stock factions to bring them more in line with each other, give them some cosmetic uniqueness, and balance them with my other Armament mods. Due to the extremely well done balancing between the CCA and NSDF, there was very little to do to either faction, so I put them both in the same mod.
-NSDF SP-Stabber, Flash, and Blast cannons painted blue
-CCA Splinter painted red
-CCA "Chaingun" renamed to "Heavy Minigun"
-NSDF "Mini Gun" renamed back to "Minigun" (Unfortunately, due to the issue affecting naming, this will change ALL clients' to "Minigun" regardless of language until if/when the name is fixed by Rebellion)
-Bombers and Rocket Tanks of both factions tweaked
-CCA Gun Tower Range increased to 200m
-Armor increased to 3000 up from 2500
-Flash cannon slotted
-Braking ability increased by 25%
-Replaced Prox Mine with MITS Mine
-Flash cannon slotted
-Scrap drop on destruction decreased to 5 down from 7
-Ammo increased to 1400 from 1000
-AI tooled to use both Shadower and Hornet rather than just Shadower
-Replaced Prox Mine with M-Curtain
-Enemy ability to lock Hornet increased by 40%
-Enemy ability to lock Shadower increased by 20%
Scarlet Git Retool
Retools all Black Dog Recyclers that have the capability to produce Scarlet Git variant of the Red Devil. Stackable with Black Dog Armament overhaul, but mutually exclusive with the Crimson Bastard retool.
Note: While the Multiplayer Scarlet Git can cloak, these cannot. It causes too many balance issues in the campaign.
-Comes built with 2 Blue SP-Stabbers instead of a Tag-Cannon and Hornet
-Armor reduced to 1800 down from 2000
-Speed increased to 40 up from 35
-Scrap cost increased to 7 up from 6
Crimson Bastard Retool
Retools all Black Dog Recyclers that have the capability to produce the Red Devil to produce the Crimson Bastard variant instead. Stackable with Black Dog Armament overhaul, but mutually exclusive with the Scarlet Git retool.
-Armed with two rockets instead of tag and hornet
-Hull reduced to 1800 down from 2000
-Scrap cost increased to 8 up from 6
