Like the older version ASDW to move use the mouse to tilt the camera.
Same camera problem that you can resolve be doing this: go to multiplayer, host game, click play then wait.

Hence this game have a new game mode. You must choose the UT.game.platformer (in game mode) to play it(you can still choose deathmatch but the jump of the pawn in this mode are too short to go further in the level)
