You Move into a new neigborhood when you see you have a weird neighbor, you sneak into his house and goes into his basement, then you call the police and he gets arrested some years later the neighbor gets an apartment and lives there as a police man, you and a group of police men lock him in (Because he can be dangerous) and then when they go away, you go into his apartment and goes into the basement one more time, but since this is located somewhere else than the old house, there were a new basement.
