After 4 months of work we have a playable alpha build for the public. There is still a lot of work that needs to be done before we are anywhere near a final build. Controls: -Arrow keys are used to move around the map. -Left mouse button is used to create a block. -Right mouse button is used to destroy a block. Please remember this is a very, very alpha release, Borderline pre-alpha. We release this in hopes we can share our progress every step of the way during development. There are still bugs and we know of a few, so if you find one, screen shot it, and send it our way so we can continue to make SoR better.

Why is it listed as a patch?
Oops... Fixed.
Freaking awesome. Id pay big bucks for the finished version I can already tell.
SHHHHH don't say that or it WON'T be free
I tested it and I found some problems/issues.
-Pathfinding is good, but delayed at times
-You can't destroy objects that support another object sometimes?
-the dwarf can get to meat set on a ladder if he must climb vertically, but he can't get to it horizontally
-you can't place a block on top of food or ladders
-the dwarf prefers to jump instead of climbing the ladder
so happy :) nice work french rice games ;)
I was waiting so hard for this moment to come and here it is!
I've played it trough and had quite some fun even if you can't do much so far. I dig some underground tunel to have fresh water and high tower to keep food there and a little man satisfied his own needs without problems.
- like it was mentioned, dwarf prefers to jump instead of climbing the ladder. Maybe you should make that if there's a ladder, he'll climb it no matter what.
- add option to place ladder above block tile maybe
- what about "fresh water" cooldown? Like when you drink from it, you can't do it again for X time so the little man can move between more source of water?
Seriously, I'm looking forward to that game and I believe I could have more fun with that one than with minecraft ;)
Well thank you very much, and I will honestly be looking at all these comments while updating SoR.
Ack, I didn't realize people were commenting here to and on the announcement. I just finished rounding up the comments over there, glad Garrett eyed this one >.>
One Suggestion i have is when you place/remove blocks. Now you have to tap every time you place/remove, but I would like if you could hold the left/right mouse button and place/remove by scrolling over. Hope you understand how I mean, English isn't really my main language:P
ehh realy stupid question but how do i play/open it?
sorry im not good at this stuff
any help would be great
You need either 7-zip or Winrar to open the package. Then you need java installed on your computer to run the .jar file
