Robotic Ensemble Ltd is a startup company based in England. It was incorporated on 30th August 2012. Its primary purpose is to create AI for humanoid robots so that they can play musical instruments. The “sheet music” for a robot is in the standard MIDI format. Daniel Wilde He previously studied at the universities of York, Cambridge and Edinburgh. He has been a programmer on some big computer games at EA, Free Radical Design, Frontier Developments and Rockstar North. In the computer games industry he specialised in physics simulation (constrained rigid body dynamics and discrete and continuous collision detection), but also ended up at one time or another doing everything else (engine graphics, AI, UI, tools…). He was born on 29th March 1984.
