[Royalties] Chaos Dimension Needs you! (Artists) job - Re-Invention Videogames

Hello! My name is Eli Menéndez, we are a small startup of Spanish developers in London named Re-Invention Videogames.

We are currently a team of three, I'm a young entrepreneur in charge of programming, production, music, storytelling and game design.

Please bear in mind that this is a non payment job, everyone on the team is working part time into the videogame; although we are very close to get funding, and there are high possibilities of success and payment for your job. We are in pre-production phase, but in the same time we make progress very fast.

At the time we are looking for two artists to work in the game:

- 3D Environment Artist

- Character Artist

Risks:

Primary the risk, our first milestone is in a period of 2 months (January-February) to finish a good looking demo, at that time we will use that demo to get the required funding. The only risk at the moment in our project is to not met the funding required or either not met the goals when we get funding. Because of that, the art that you create for our project belongs to you if everything is a failure; if you are learning, this may be an excellent opportunity for you to develop a strong art portfolio while developing experience to work in the industry.

The Game:

The Gameplay elements have been already explored and prototyped. The setting we are looking for is a very dark and atmospheric Victorian sci-fi (think of steampunk meets dieselpunk and second world war technology) the concept is really fun and fresh. We are using stylized art and the characters/story is really fresh and different.

The overall vision is to make a remarkable title with quality, one that allow us to keep working on the industry. We are focusing on making what the competition lacks. Re-Invention Videogames is about creating strong and original ip titles with solid content.

The videogame is named Chaos Dimension, an Action multiplayer videogame (it's not an mmorpg). There is a bit of rpg mechanics, a bit of survival, a bit of slow paced-fast paced shooting.

We are explaining science and real alchemy trough the game, and the pacing is a rollecoaster of emotions, each character has 4 different technologies to chose from, that change the gameplay entirely, and each character has a set of abilities, They will cover, shoot, craft potions with multiple uses, make strategies, and survive the environment.

The possibilities are very broad for a multiplayer game, it will not feel empty or boring.

Skills and Requirements Needed:

- Live in Greater London or England

- Good experience with 3D modelling, rendering and texturing with 3Dmax, Blender, Zbrush or Maya

- Experience with Game Engines

- Capability of creating Hand drawn textures and 2D art

- Proper Management of Big Scale Projects
