Hello people, we're hoping to release a playable demo for our small 2D zombie survival game "2012: A Zombie Apocalypse" some time soon! We also are nearing a small update to our Nexus - The Jupiter Incident mod, Nexus - War of The Damned, some time after we release the zombie survival game. I would also like to give a bit of info about all the "space game" pictures that have been in the gallery.
I'll start with the update to Nexus - War of The Damned, currently we are planning to add in all the item descriptions, multiplayer resource costs, and a few other possible things. The other things that we might be adding with the update are below:
- A few more weapons(Missiles, Railguns, etc)
- Some new multiplayer missions
- New locations for Skirmisher users to play in.
- And some new galaxy background images
That should be all in the Nexus area, moving on to the "space game". This is a some-what large project that we have been working on slowing for the last 2-3 months now. Currently we have decided the name will be "Darkskies" unless we decide upon a better name closer to release. As you could likely tell from the images we have made leaps and bounds with the effects and have a decent amount of content produced. We hope for it to be an MMO, but networking code continues to be an eternal pain in the programming language we selected for it. Now MjrDeathadder had posted on the forum about it a couple of times, however, I have deleted the posts due to some problems. Currently we are thinking it will either be F2P(Free to Play) or a one time purchase.
Information about the zombie game will have to wait, as I'm out of time.
