GDF Registration Tool file - Microsoft Studios

To register a game, drag its GDF file (it will be a .dll) onto the program. To unregister a game, start a command prompt in the program's folder and do GDFReg /u [path to GDF].

(This is more or less the GameuxInstallHelper sample from the DirectX SDK.)
