I am Reynaldo who is an ambitous, young game developer who wants to make a game. The game is a 2D stealth, action, adventure game that takes place in the Rennaisance Era. We already have a portion of the music and sfx done, a WIP story and some rough sketches using some good old pencil and paper. We are looking specifically for an art team and a level designer. The former artists of the team left saying that they have to many offers and are too busy.

1 level designer
1-2 concept artists
1-2 sprite artists

The level designer must be able to create levels based on environment sketches and able to apply "stealth" mechanics to the game such as hiding places and a handful of places for "easter eggs". The designer must be able to create levels that meet the description given accurately or even loosely within it. Also be able to incorporate other important in-game mechanics.

Concept artists must be creative and have enough skill to do the job. The concept artist will have the pleasure of making any essential concept art such as characters, backgrounds, places and envisionments of real-game events. Must also be able to adapt art styles similar to Rayman Legends.

A sprite artist must be able to use the concept art supplied by artists to draw essential assets similar to what concept artists do. Although it is not essential, knowledge of animation either the per-frame method or using software like Spriter will be useful. Must also be able to adapt art styles similar to Rayman legends.

I do not care about what software you use but it might be useful to take note of our game engine which is Construct Classic. .Everyone must have proper hardware/software for the job and have the time to find references using the internet especially for environments, clothing etc . Also, we are looking for kind, helpful, dedicated and active people. I am also expecting to get something done every week and expect everyone to work at least 5-7 hours a week to reach an occasional deadline. Deadlines can be extended since personal problems can interrupt every now and then and i am also not strict apart from some occasional strictness during deadlines or with people who are not cooperative.

Although it says in the ad"Unpaid" if ever the game were to end to be a sellable product, we will share profits accordingly.
