Upside-Down Dimensions is now on steam Greenlight with its first gameplay footage

Posted by on

Well, another step taken towards making Upside-Down Dimensions a reality. We have finally open the Steam Greenlight page and uploaded our first gameplay teaser highlighting some of the key aspects of the game visual and mechanics.

Everything is still work in progress and the quality and mechanics should be changing over the course of the next months, but it is already showing some style and some qualities of what we think may become a great game for the company.

As a summary for the last hours since we have released the game on Steam Greenlight, I can say that be sure to read everything you can about Greenlight and to take all the elements within the different forms used by Steam to guide you through the process as mandatory. If you fail to understand this, you are on collisions route with a very dynamic community that, in most of cases, is really interested in knowing new good games and that are keen to share their thoughts, insights and critics to you. This in the end why we develop games in the first place, but in the case with a realtime feedback that allows you to leverage on whatever you really know what you are doing, or not, as weak answers will not take yo anytime.

We have learned the hardway, as we didn't included initially a video, as we have been working over the last weeks on a very nice artistic trailer, but the reaction of the community triggered us into changing our plan and to rectify on our error, and upload a very interesting gameplay walkthrough, that in the end shows a more insightful view of the game.

Now comes a harder part of the game development process, standing up to the expectations created by the game and guarantee that the community of fans will be pleased with the game. We are actively participating in the comments, trying to give as direct answers as we can, we are uploading new material and we will keep doing that over the next days/weeks as to show to the community that we are pushing hard to make this game a reality and their votes and comments are being taken in account. We don't know how much it will take us to reach our goal of approving it but along the way we will try to have fun within this roller coaster ride.

Why don't you visit us there and give us your vote or help us spreading the word about the game?
