--- Who are we?
We are a small company formed around our project Sagramore (2D online web MORPG).
Over the years the project has gotten bigger and as we get closer to a release we realize that in order to make our steady frequent content releases we need to get more people on board. We already have years of experience in the field and have gotten nothing but positive replies. We are looking to develop towards a more open platform where player's and modders can contribute to the development (perhaps even do own projects). The game is currently launched as an alpha version, most of the engine has been finished the game mainly just needs content developed for it.
As we currently do not yet have a publisher or investor (a true indie) we are looking for people who would like to affiliate themselves with our company and work together to launch a great game. Our intentions is to make sure all serious frequent contributors get adequately rewarded in due time (can be signed on contract). Even contributions of a few hours a week are considered helpful.
--- What are we looking for?
One of the positions we are looking to get filled is the one of a Project co-manager and/or co-designer, someone who can help out with the planning and (constant) searching of new teammembers to keep the general development flow of the project intact and help a bit with the presentation of the project, such as keeping the wiki up to date, watching third-party forums and keeping an eye on the community (perhaps contribute a bit of simple npcs yourself using our easy scripting language). This project deserves more attention then I can currently give it in my free time.
So if you are a teamplayer prefer spending time on "creating" games/communities rather then play them and can afford to spend those few extra hours a week, then you might just be our guy/girl ;)
