AR34 Assault Rifle addon

The Carrington Institute attempt on a support weapon. The AR34 is fairly basic assault rifle offering a average magazine capacity and accuracy to medium range. Perks: Classic Weapon - High spare ammo cap & abundance but starts out at half its max spare ammo on weapon pickup. Balance: Core game - Uncommon Rarity ( rarity doesn't work atm in U26.06 as of yet )
