The block was not easy, but everything works out. I complete all the "infrastructure" for the process and production problems that can slow down or stop the process altogether, as well, in fact, the way for elimination of these problems.
In order to fix the problem, you will need staff, and sometimes if the problem is serious (for example, equipment breakdown) then you can no longer do with an ordinary "man with a gun", you will need an engineer who has a repair skill and knows how to use a manual repair tool.
It remains to do some interface for control this and the update will be ready.
At first, not a lot of processes will be added, but there will definitely be maintenance of additional modules of the ship (which gives bonuses to the ship), and actually troubleshooting (which by the way is also a process)
