Is This a Scam/Virus? Thread

Not sure where to ask this after looking through the Forum sections, so I guess I'll put it here..

I downloaded 2 games from here, one of which gives me this when I open the .exe file after extracting.

Is this site completely safe or is there some BS on here sometimes?
