Steps to recruit Calradian recruits:
1) Conquer a castle/town, and start your own kingdom.
2) Regardless of your kingdom culture, after waiting three days, when you recruit from your villages you will recruit Calradian recruits. Your vassals, however, will not.
This doesn't work for me? The stay the same as the original factions troops
