More games are coming to Linux. OpenGL 5 has been announced to be more like AMD's mantle.
Unless Microsoft pulls a 360 and does something totally competitive in the marketplace. A slow APIs no longer cut it for games. :\

Macs are terrible for working! If you want to work, use Linux. PCs are superior for gaming, of course.

But Linux is cooler than Mac.
Unfortunately there wasn't much competition here. Linux is great, Mac looks great, Window dominates right now. This is changing slowly but still changing which is good for all imho.
btw people, i remember once hearing AND reading that mac won't support WOW or CS, not that they are indie though

Microsoft is a better computer developer, but not a better phone developer.
Linux already has a bunch of free multiplayer games that work way better than on Windows, it's just that people are used to Windows, because there are many more releases. Look at me, I'm making a game using cross-platform compiler and engine, but will only release the game for Windows. Maybe one day for Linux as well, if people accept the game.

If Linux can get more games, maybe Ubuntu becomes a little more user friendly, or some other version of Linux comes out as simple as Windows 7 can be. Then maybe Linux can hit it off with the popular crowd and get some games developed for it.
Until then, Windows all the way.

Still has a steep learning curve, but its by far the best distro ive used +1
