So what's new ? Everything ? Nope ! The project's direction has not changed. Same style, same rules, same gameplay but a richer content, more consistency and more features.
The user interface
I used to recycle many elements of the game as icons like swords or boots. It's no more true. Now Cohorte has his very how icon collection with a real continuity.
The goldens icons are used for the navigation or windows management.
The colored icons are used for actions that takes part in the game like skills or for interacting with characters.
As a tactical RPG Cohort is no exception to the rule. You need equipment to change the outcome of the battle. Currently there are 144 items you can buy or steal. I have tried to design the equipment (and the jobs) as historical accurate as I can, but I have to admit, there is some color swaps...
There is now 12 jobs with different purpose and different skill. Each jobs as particular stats and accept specific equipment.
The game content
So what can you do in Cohorte ? A lot, but I'm not going to tell you eveything !
You can manage your team...
You can also learn some precious informations at the tavern...
...Or talk with your character and unlock some secret feature !
