quake mod-ebdf make the first one while hl mod-esf make this form dragonball game a history.
esf ahpla 1.0 is released at 1998.
at 2004 the official announced that they will change the engine to make a better esf-esf:final.
Now it is 2018.it hasn't been released.
the official even don't give up but the progress looks so slow.
they have already used 14 years only to finsh the attack system.

However i am working on making esf reborn in M&B mod.
Hope that when i finsh M&B Dragonball z mod，hl mod esf:final can be done and released too.
There are some false facts in your post about esf, they worked on much more than what you wrote and in another timeframe you mentioned.
Kudos for your mod, though it would be nice to give credits for the assets you have used in your mod.
