Tennis Elbow 2013 v1.0a has been released on Desura !
Here the changelog listing the new features & changes :
New Features :
- Gameplay : you can now release your button(s) slightly before striking the ball on your serve ; that will allow you to reach the net slightly more easily ; to use that feature, release the pressed button(s), then release the direction (if needed) and then push forward (+ left/right if needed) ; it also works for walking backward, but in that case, it's just very little bit effective
- Stats : average rally length has been added to the match stat screen
- Online : Cooperative Doubles => you can now play 2 human players vs 2 CPU players
- Menu : added a "Recordings" screen, allowing you to replay previously recorded matches (to record match : set Recordings to "Real-Time" ; and if it's lagging, then set it to "Buffered")
- Recordings : resumed matches can now be recorded
- Camera : 3rd Person Cam has a now a real unzoom slider
- Modding : new way to install Mods, which make easier installing, managing & uninstalling, especially when having several Mods
- Modding : it's now possible to load different nets according to the court
- Modding : it's now possible to play different strike sounds according to the court
- Modding : you can now have the sun parameters in the Court.ini ; check Court07's .ini to see how it's done
Changes :
- Gameplay : safe shot at net now produces a slightly slower, longer & higher ball than before, usually making it much easier to strike a passing-shot out of it
- Hardware : game now detects SpeedStep more smartly (it's a feature that can make your PC run slower or faster and could mess up the game speed)
Bug Fixes:
- World Tour : start year was incorrectly set when starting a new full career with an existing player
- Rendering : 3rd Person Camera wasn't turning & was delayed when playing online
